Charging Pile Fitness Requirements

    As the electric side of the distribution of electric power network, the characteristics of the automatic communication system are determined by the particularity of the structure of the charging pile (plug) of electric vehicles, which is characterized by many and scattered measured points, wide coverage and short communication distance. In addition, with the development of cities, network topology requires a structure with flexibility and expansibility. Therefore, the following issues should be considered in the selection of communication mode of EV charging piles (plugs) :


    Reliability of communication 


    Communication system to withstand harsh environment and strong electromagnetic interference or noise interference test for a long time, and maintain smooth communication.


    Construction cost 


    On the premise of satisfying reliability, the construction cost and the cost of long-term use and maintenance should be considered comprehensively.


    Two-way communication 


    Not only can realize the information upload, but also realize the control of the amount of down.


    Multi-service data transmission rate


    With the continuous growth of terminal business volume in the future, the communication between master station and sub-station and sub-station to terminal has higher and higher requirements for multi-service data transmission rate.


    Flexibility and expansibility of communication 


    As the charging pile (plug) has the characteristics of multiple control points, wide areas and scattered, standard communication protocol is required. With the development of "ALL IP" network technology trend and the continuous growth of power operation business, ip-based service bearer needs to be considered. At the same time, it should be convenient for installation, construction, debugging, operation and maintenance.
